KIK Peanut Butter And Salted Banana Chocolate Rice Bars. Satisfy your sweet tooth cravings with these bars (or bites) that are dressed as dessert on the outside, and a healthy snack on the inside. The combination of banana, chocolate, and peanut butter is just out of this world. Try this recipe below for a mouth watering sensation.
Ingredients:
8 rice cakes
3 tbsp KIK peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1 banana
50g dark chocolate
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch sea salt
Pinch of chia seeds
Instructions:
1- Cut all 8 rice cakes circular edges, to turn them into squares.
2- Place 4 of the rice cakes beside each other to form a square shape. This will be the base of your bars.
3- Spread 2 tbsp KIK Peanut butter on top of each of the 4 rice cakes.
4- Thinly slice the banana, and layer it evenly on top of the peanut butter.
5- Drizzle honey all over the bananas, and finish off this layer with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sea salt.
6- Take the remaining 4 pieces of squared rice cakes and stack them on top of the bananas.
7- Melt chocolate and spread all over top layer rice cakes.
8- Add the final 1 tbsp of KIK peanut butter to the top layer of each rice cake and swirl it around to create the final look.
9- Top with a sprinkle of some sea salt and chia seeds.
10- Place it all in the freezer for an hour.
11- You can cut it out into bites or serve as 4 bars like in the picture. Enjoy!
Notes:
- You can substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate or white chocolate.
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup.
